  • For all coaches and managers, here is a reminder of the cancellation procedure.

If a team phones to say they wish to postpone a game due to inclement weather please ask them to monitor the weather up to 4 hours prior to the game time. Have them contact you at that time to make a final decision. With the vast geographical area of the UCMHL it may be fine where you are but blizzard like where the team has to travel from. Please do not deny a weather-related request.

Upon cancellation, teams should notify their UCMHL convenor so they can mark the game as TBD. The HOME team should also notify:

    • Referee in Chief to cancel referees
    • Association Ice Director and ask for replacement dates to reschedule

Given that there is only 2 months left in the season, please reschedule as soon as possible. Once the game is rescheduled the HOME team will have to book officials through their Association Referee In Chief and notify me of the new date.

  • There have been a number of changes made to the mobile site so that you can view the site on your iPhone or Android device. If you encounter any problems, please contact admin@ucmhl.ca.
